ORGANIZATIONAL AND PROFESSIONAL COMMITMENT: EVIDENCE FROM CROATIA

The aim of this study was to explore organizational and professional commitment among Croatian employees, as well find out whether there were any differences in those commitments regarding employees’ demographic characteristics. empirical research conducted online January 2021. questionnaire distributed using convenience sampling method, which is a non-probability method that involves participants from population who are available participate the study. number 153. Research results indicated respondents slightly more professionally than organizationally committed. By observing each dimension, showed level affective stood out, while normative commitment, both professional, lowest. Additionally, no statistically significant mean value respondents’ characteristics (gender, age, tenure organization, education marital status).
